The last time I looked AT&T do not handle the iPhone service in the UK. If you see the people at the local mobile 'phone shop they will know more
AT&T SIM card is needed or if jailbroken/unlocked you can use T-MOBILE
In America, the two SIM-using GSM carriers are AT&T and T-Mobile. T-Mobile can only use it's EDGE network on an iPhone with a SIM Card needed.
Of course, the iPhone 3G and/or the original iPhone will take any normal sim card; the 3G iPhone will take the 3G sim as well.
all iphones have a sim slot but on the original iphone the customer cannot easily access it whereas the 3G iphone has the sim card and a sim card ejector tool How can I access my verizon iphone 4 sim card slot that doesn't have a sim tray
Buy a SIM Card from AT&T or T-Mobile called a Micro-SIM. These will fit in the iPhone. Apple is planning on using Nano-SIM Cards which are even smaller.
Yes the iPhone uses sim cards. Depending on the iPhone you want to put your sim in. If its the original - the 3gs yes but the iPhone 4 or 4s not. Side note, you may not get all services because you need to add a data plan.
Yes, you can use a Straight Talk SIM card in an AT&T iPhone, provided the phone is unlocked or compatible with Straight Talk's network. Straight Talk uses AT&T's network, so AT&T phones typically work well with their SIM cards. Just ensure that the iPhone is not locked to a specific carrier and that it supports the necessary bands for Straight Talk's service.
Verizon does not use sim cards in their phones (except the iPhone). So no you would not be able to use an AT&T Sim card in a new Verizon phone. sorry.
Yes, you can use a T-Mobile USA SIM card in a Cricket iPhone, as both carriers operate on the GSM network. However, ensure that the iPhone is unlocked and compatible with T-Mobile's network frequencies. Be aware that while the SIM card will work, some features may vary depending on the device and the carrier's specific settings.
Verizon doesn't use SIM cards, so the Verizon iPhones presumably don't. All AT&T iPhones have a SIM card, though.
any AT&T phone that can take that sort of sim card.
The iphone 4 comes with a micro sim. Your normal sim will not work with it. My AT&T dealer says he can transfer data directly from your sim/old phone to your new iphone 4.
