There is no interaction. Imitrex will stop your migraine if you take it right at the onset. I am guessing you had already taken the Zyrtec - if not, wait and let the Imitrex take effect before you put anything else into your stomach. Migraines usually make you nauseated.

This is probably safe, but aspirin is a known migraine trigger; why would you take it for migraine? I would recommend against it for that reason.
