I'm sure you can but whether or not you like the result is another matter entirely. I suggest you do a strand test before applying the hair bleach to all of your hair.
To do a strand test, snip out a small section of your hair and apply the hair bleach to it while following the directions. Once it's done processing, you'll be able to see what it would look like if you applied it all over your hair and can then determine whether or not you want to use it on your hair. You might have to buy two kits of the Manic Panic Flash Lightning 40 VOL Bleach but it could save you a lot of trouble, money, and heartache later.
