I called the pH # on the Zicam box and asked that question about the Zicam Nasal Gel and Claritin - I was told yes and that there are no known drugs that interact because all the Ziam cold remedy gel swabs are really is zinc. Hope that helps - if not the Zicam # is 877-942-2626 I called the pH # on the Zicam box and asked that question about the Zicam Nasal Gel and Claritin - I was told yes and that there are no known drugs that interact because all the Ziam cold remedy gel swabs are really is zinc. No it does not hurt. It is not much different than using a saline or nasal spray. The sensation is about the same, it can have some slight burning, but nothing that one would call "hurt" or "pain".
Atropine nasal sprays improve rhinorrhea and postnasal drip. Ipratropium bromide nasal spray dilates and relaxes bronchial passageways. These two nasal sprays are not the same, they are used for two completely different medical issues.
According to the CDC, it will not be a problem. In fact you could take the two shots at the same time. It is the A-H1N1/09 nasal spray that can't be taken at the same time as the seasonal nasal spray.
ya as long as there not going in the same place
You cannot take the nasal spray simultaneously, but you can take the injections at the same time. The nasal spray should be 6 weeks apart. The injections can be done together or at any interval. It doesn't matter which is first.
It winds up almost in the same place, if it's okay for your lungs it won't hurt your stomach. That doesn't mean you should be drinking it or anything.
Well, in our school, we had the choice of the nasal spray or the shot. You had a choice and I as a smart person chose nasal spray. So im not really sure if it hurts, but I think it is the same as any other injection. Hope I helped! PS: I live in Eagle River Alaska PPS: Yoshi rox! No one loves Yoshi more than I do!
Yes.
No, the choanae are the same as the internal nares, just posterior to the nasal meatuses.
The nasal passages are supposed to create some moisture, but when there is drainage that doesn't actually drain, it will become dry. You can help prevent this by using a nasal saline spray or a neti pot. A neti pot is shaped similar to an Aladdin's lamp, with a spout that fits inside the nasal passage. You simply fill it with warm salt water, then with your head bent over and tilted to the side over the sink, you first flush one side, then do the other side the same way. This flushes allerges, etc. from the nasal passages, as well as excess mucous (more detailed instructions come with the neti pot). It also helps keep the nasal passages moist, which doctors recommend. But a bottle of nasal saline spray works well too, and can be taken with you and used anywhere. And both can be used as often as you need.
Same problem here. Ceiling or table fan creates nasal congestion.
