Red=stop red flashing= light is broken, use your judgement in crossing.
Florida statute section 316.2397 prohibits the use of red or blue lights on non-emergency vehicles. It also prohibits the use of flashing lights. I did not find any laws prohibiting white lights. You should be fine as long as the light doesn't create a glare that could impair other drivers.
what kinda blue light? a you asking like a party light, or a light with a blue film over it? no it won't. but if you use the blue spectrum of a light, then yes. the bluer the whiter.
If there are pedestrians still crossing when the amber light is flashing, the motorist must remain stationary. If there are no pedestrians crossing, the motorist can proceed. (But, be careful of pedestrians taking a chance and attempting to cross when the amber light is flashing - it is best to use caution until the light turns green.)
You only Need A Light For Street Use
To make blue grey do I use: dark green and a light blue or a light green with a dark blue
Pink, light blue, light blue, light blue OR Pink, light blue, light blue, pink. Try them both. If none of them work then just use your brain to figure it out.
You use white and blue.
