Somewhere I have heard that it is unlawful to photocopy or otherwise copy a US passport.
I doubt it very much. Not in todays security situation. You need to go to your nearest American Embassy and get issued a temporary passsport but expect to be delayed for several days.
Unless it says don't copy, should be ok.
I keep a copy of all my documents, driver licence to passport, even credits cards. never know when you will need it.
No, you need your actual passport.
The passport card itself is the passport. However, it has its limitations in use as compared to the traditional book passport.
No. You need your US passport.
No.
'How do you get the copy of surrender Indian passport?
Practically, it is safe to travel with a legitimate, valid passport of your country. If you are a dual passport holder then you use the particular passport for that country and the other passport for the other country. like if you are travelling to US then use US passport if you are travelling Canada use your Canadian passport.
Yes. This is very much recommended so that there is lesser hassle and questions on the part of the immigration. Use your US passport when entering US and your Trinidad passport when entering Trinidad. This is legal and lawful.
no because you need a Italy passport. You cant use a us passport
a full us passport is acceptable
A US Passport is valid only 'in person, in it's ORIGINAL, hard-copy booklet form. Any reproduction of it is entirely unacceptable for anything whatsoever, and I do not believe that there are any regulations about e-mailing a copy of it.
If you are a person with dual nationality and with two passports, one form each country for which you are a citizen, then you can travel using either passport (you only need to use one) - however, if you enter a foreign country using one passport you must use the same passport when leaving the foreign country. You would use your UK passport to enter British territory and your US passport to enter US territory For other teritories, you would select and use the passport which gives you the least visa requirements - and you would be able to call on the services of both the UK and US embasies wherever you were.
US citizens sailing to and from a US port will not need a passport for a cruise. You will only need a driver's license or photo ID and a state-issued copy of your birth certificate.
