The M1A1 Thompson has been phased out of service for quite some time. The last force that I'm aware of which used them with any regularity were the republics which split from the former Yugoslavia (particularly Croatia) during the Yugoslav wars. Those forces have since phased all of those weapons out of service, as well.
Your likelihood of being assigned a submachinegun period is minimal, anyhow. Submachineguns are typically limited to special operations forces on an 'as needed' basis, and they've been completely phased out of line units, as they've been replaced in their roles within line units both by modern assault rifles and light machine guns.
Of course they CAN
M1A1 Thompson, Colt 1911, M1A1 Grand, and M1A1 Carbines (For Foot Solders)
It all depends of the company making it. A Tokyo Marui M1A1 Thompson would be better than a cheap Wal-Mart M4. But a Classic Army M4 would be better than a CYMA M1A1 Thompson.
Costco.
the thompson m1 hast a smaller magazine 20 bullets the m1a1 has 30 dont know rest
The Cyma M1A1 Thompson round drum is designed for airsoft replicas, specifically for the Cyma version of the Thompson submachine gun. It is not compatible with the real steel Thompson M1A1 or its original drum magazines, as they are designed for different systems and purposes. Always check compatibility when using accessories across different brands and types of firearms or replicas.
.45 caliber ACP
M1A1 Thompson's were fed from stick magazines that came in either 20 or 30 round capacity. The most common being the 20 round magazine.
The most commonly weapon used by the 82nd Airborne was the M1 Garand, M1 and M1A1 Carbine, Thompson M1A1, BAR, M3 Grease Gun, M1919A4, and M1911 pistol.
No. It is chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge.
personally i wouldrecommend a m4 as is cheap easy and cheap to fix but a thompson would be fine
