The recommended oil type for a 2009 Nissan Murano is synthetic 5w-30 motor oil. The use of synthetic oil allows for longer periods between oil changes and smoother operation.
You can use either one it is your choice.

Mobil 1 full Synthetic or Dealer Kendall Full Synthetic
5W30, 10W30 regular, synthetic blend, or Full synthetic will work just fine
5W30 (for warmer climates you can use 10W30 or even 10W40) conventional oil or synthetic blend (Nissan does not recommend full synthetic). Make sure it is API Certified SM or SN. Change conventional oil every 3750 miles, synthetic blend every 5000 miles. New oil filter with every oil change.
