No you can not! They are seprate acounts + PC Version costs $20 Andriod/Apple $4 Mojang wouln't allow that.

The client software doesn't care whose account it was downloaded under. Imagine every Minecraft user, they all use an identical version of the client. What matters is what you log in with, multiple people can use their own accounts on one client on one computer (just not all at the same time).
