802.11n devices on the market are backward-compatible with 802.11g and 802.11b.
Wireless B runs at 11 mbps, and wireless G runs at 54 mbps. Wireless G supports frame bursting, and many other features that were added after B came to be, but G is backwards compatible with B networks. However, a G network will experience performance hits when B clients are connected.
Any standard 802.11b/g/n network, that is just about any wireless network sold in the past five years, will work with a wifi printer. The wireless transceiver is built into the printer.
It depends on wireless cards you are planning on using. IF you have old laptops with wireless, they most likely have wireless b. In such case you need to choose "b and g". If all your wireless devices of type "g" at least, then you need to choose the latter one. I would keep "b and g" because you do not have to spend the time trying to find out which one is b and which one is g.
Usually. Most N routers support g for backward compatability, so it should work just fine.
i know we linksys wireless-A,wireless-B and wireless-G.
Some do. In the specs it is listed as optional: Optional HP ev2200 1xEV-DO Broadband Wireless Module (requires Verizon Wireless Service), optional HP hs2300 HSDPA Broadband Wireless Module (requires mobile network operator service); Intel 802.11a/b/g/draft-n, a/b/g, b/g, Broadcom 802.11a/b/g/draft-n, a/b/g, b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, HP Wireless Assistant
Neither. Both G and N, as well as A and B, are wireless networking standards.
The Letters Stand For Different Types of signals frequencys essentially. Wireless N is the best and newest. It doesn't interfear with other wireless devices like cellphones, microwaves, and other electronic devices. Wireless N also has alot better penetrating range and coverange area. It also allows for quicker internet access without the interference Wireless G is todays Standard. Alot of devices use this today. Wireless B is the older Standard Only a wireless N Wireless adaptar is compatible with N,G, and B routers. The same cannot be said about Wireless G and B. To get the full potential of N you should have both a wireless N Router, and a Wireless N Adapter in the computer.
It depends on the wireless adapter you have. Usually g cards are compatible with b networks (for more information check the manual).
There is no specific wireless standard for Italy all types apply (A,B,G,N) but the wireless channels are different in the US we use channels 1-11 in Europe they use 1-13.
You can use router of G or N type and the same type wireless adapter. Of course you can use wireless N adapter with G-type router and reverse.
B & G together
