No, unfourtunately! Action Replay DS was created before the DSi so It won't work. Surely there will be an action replay DSi soon.

answer a chip? well for action replay on ds you need the ds version of action replay to use it.

Yes, Action Replay DS is required to use the codes.

With a action replay ds you use all sorts of cheats from diffrent types of ds games

No, the DS Action Replay is for Nintendo DS games. If you want to use an Action Replay for Game Boy Advance games, you have to buy an Action Replay that's used for Game Boy Advance games.

yes. a dsi is the same as a normal ds but with a camera.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------You can use the same codes from the DS to the DSI, but you cannot use a DS Action Replay for the DSI, you have to use a DSi Action replay, which works with all, to get codes for DSi.

No, you will need a different format of Action Replay, which will be more expensive. BUT you can use your action replay DS with it for your DS games the action replay DSi is not compatible for some odd reason -_-

an action replay is something that you insert the game in and insert the action replay into the ds. it gives you a list of cheats that you can use on various games. The Action Replay is a device you can insert into your Nintendo DS and use to obtain many hacks in a selection of games.

The reason for the action replay is basically for you to have cheat codes for your ds but in order for them to work is for you to look up action replay codes and figure out how to enter them into your action replay card

If it doesn't have a slot on the top of it then you probably bought Action Replay DS, not Action Replay DSi. To use Action Replay DS you type in the code you want, check-mark the codes you want to use, then pop out your Action Replay DS ( while the DS in on!) and pop in the game you have the codes on for, then press start game. If you have Action Replay DS then when you pop out your Action Replay it won't freeze, so you can still start up your game with the codes.

no, but there is no need to, the R4DS has a built in Action Replay.

An action replay is for cheat codes used for ds games

Yes the Dsi action replay works for all ds systems

just plug in the aciton replay in the ds and plug a game you want in the action replay add codes from internet use codes from

To use it on a DSi, you have to have the special DSi version of AR (action replay). If it isn't, then you have to do it on the original DS or DS Lite.

A DS is the gaming console that you would use a Action Replay device. A AR is an Action Replay which is a cheat system.

Well if you don't want to use an action replay, use a Codebreaker DS!

Stick it into the Action Replay cartridge. NOT, the Nintendo DS.

The Action Replay can be used by putting it into your DS game slot, and starting up your Nintendo DS. Note: Action Replay DS will NOT work with the Nintendo DSi The Action Replay gets placed in the game slot. Your game gets put in the slot on TOP of the action replay. After this, start up your DS, and the action replay program will start automatically. Action Replay DS will ONLY work for DS games on the DS System. However, you can get a more updated DSI Action Replay and it will work on a DS. DSI Action Replays do not work for Gameboy games. (DSI's do not have Gameboy slots.) Hope this helps.

No Use on Gameboy Advance Unless... Action Replay and Action Replay Max cannot be used on a Gameboy Advance unless you buy or find an action replay for the GBA. It will work for GBA, GBASP, DS, and DS Lite.

to get action replay you need to have an action replay ds unfortunatly u need to buy an action replay ds

yes action replay dsi will work on ds and ds lite. however, action replay ds will not work on dsi. :-)

You need the Action Replay DS to use the codes on your games. If you mean by putting codes onto your DS without typing it in, you can use the Action Replay Code Manager to manage, add, delete, and transfer codes onto your Action Replay. You can get more information on the Action Replay here: none of this is helpful for the person how wrote it

They already have an Action Replay DS.
