It really depends. Some can, some can't. Some will charge with a USB or other type of wall charger while playing music through the aux. Then there are the ones that won't do it at all and get completely confused because it is looking for the PC connection when using a USB connect. Try Zen Stone Plus. Ipods charge and play also.
it depends on the model you bought but normally yes you can if you are near a charging point
Yes, you can do both at the same time. It may temporarily slow down your computer, due to increased driver usage.
no you don't have to but if you want to use it while it is charging then you can
Yes, you can use it while it is plugged in.
If it is an iPod Touch, yes, you can work on an iPod or use the iPod while it is charging.

Of Course! You can preform any function on a phone while charging, including calling and texting!
you actually can!!
because you use it while its charging
Most of the time, yes
no and no u cant i do it all the time!:]
It can, and using it while it's charging won't hurt it, but sometimes it's difficult to use the Kindle Fire while it's on the charger. This may depend on your version of the Kindle, but there are some that are glitchy and difficult to use when they're being charged.
It doesn't matter. I charge mine with it off, and it then comes on once it is charging. It doesn't matter though. Sometimes it'll be on and it never hurts anything.
