No not if the E cig has nicotine in it. You will over dose and feel very poor! If you go for nicotine free you can go ahead . I do feel using a E cig is more for people that don't really want to give up smoking . All the things out there to help stop smoking are weak. It's only will power that can do it and not every smoker can do it . Ever! Hope ur not that way a can.. All the best

Sounds like a low battery. recharge your e-cig and if you still struggle with smoke you may need to change the filter part. You can do this buy unscrewing the bottom part of the e-cig and of course replacing it.
