Yes, but you will not be able to reenter the US without a valid passport. (source below)
No
You don't need a passport if you are coming back from Tijuana, I asked the immigration people and they said it's fine with the ID and Birth Certificate. Actually if you go walking there are 2 lines one for passport and the other one is for people that don't carry passport.
Can you leave Canada back home to Jordan with an expired Jordanian Passport
yes because it has not expired
I'm sure it's possible. I'm also sure it would be a great deal of trouble. Yes, I returned from Mexico on a passport that had expired 7 years prior. Not only did the accept it, they stamped it.
You may eventually, but after tons of trouble you will encounter in the US.
Yes, a citizen of the United States can travel back and forth to Mexico using a U.S. Passport Card, as long as he does not fly in an airplane. You can travel by land or sea (on foot, by car, train, boat, etc.), but not by air. The reason for that restriction is an international treaty on international air travel which requires the use of a passport booklet.
Yes, but with a few caveats: * Re-entry is at the discretion of the border official. * Passport can not have expired more than 5 years ago. * It is a good idea to make sure you still look like your passport picture.
Yes, in some cases. Many US customs agents only ask for U.S. identification, if you're driving or walking across the border. Since a passport is only ever issued to a citizen, an expired passport would be rebuttable proof of citizenship, which is better than having a driver's license (which can be obtained by a resident alien, in some states).
I'm on felony probation. I was on parole before and I applied for a passport and received it 5 weeks later. I don't know if you'll get detained by customs on your way back. I haven't used my passport yet. At least now you know that you can get a passport if you're on probation or parole.
A passport & a lot of protection ! People are getting mugged down there left & right. Stay out of Tijuana until they get better protection for tourists !
Yes, everyone coming into the United States now requires a passport.
You need yours also; otherwise he will be able to come back; you won't.
