You can, but I don't recommend it. Most base stencils are too small for working on a wall, the details get lost from a distance. Also you would need to find a good easy release spray adhesive to keep it on the wall (and reduce "bleeding") while you work. Brass is not as flexible as acyclic so the problem of "bleed through" will be a major one to over come. If you do use a brass stencil, be sure to thoroughly clean the back surface every time you reposition it or you will have a huge job of retouching when you are done.
It would probably be easier to simply wallpaper and accent wall. Wall paper is quick to put up once the person knows how to do it well, while stenciling may take a little more time and effor.

How you might go about doing it depends on what you need stenciled. If you would like it professionally done, there are a number of websites, such as Angie's List, where you can hire contractors or artists to do the work for you.Additionally, if the application is simple enough, (for example, if you just want it stenciled on a sign to hold up at a game and not as a wall painting for your den) there are stencils available online to purchase that can help you get the job done.
Red Brass = 85 % copper /15 % zincYellow Brass = 60% Copper 40 % ZincCopper TP is threadless pipe diameterCopper tubing Type K / L/ MSo what is tyhe application and working pressure?BEST application would be Brass (RED) and brazed joints with TP fittingsI would tend to agree but only if the brass has been DZR (dezinctified) treated, otherwise use copper.ONLY "Yellow BRASS" is subjected to dezinication as the 40% zinc causes piping failures as the pipe becomes more brittle over time
