Liquid dish soap will work, but use it dry, no water first. Work it in and you will see the grease separate. Then rinse thoroughly.
If minor stains then simple soap washing will help. For worse situation use thinner to remove stains, follwed by hand scrub with detergetn.
There are products on the market you can buy locally at your walmart or hardware store. The recommended ones are CLR and Clorox. If you use one of these products and a little elbow grease with a sponge the stains will come out with ease.
