I thought I had an STD. I had it checked out and it was simple dermititis. The doctor recommended that I leave it alone. But because it was in the groin are that is covered most of the time the condition was not clearing up so I started washing dettol and it worked!! So I know people say not to use it but I highly recommend but only for the outside not the inside. All the symptons have vanished over the last two weeks.
