"easy on someone's eyes" sounds very awkward to me, although there may be times when a writer could use it in some ironic or comical context. It is a figure of speech that has the function of an adjective describing the thing or person that is pleasant to look at. It is not about "my" eyes, or any individual's eyes. That's why "easy on someone's eyes" seems strange to me. "Is he an Adonis?" she asked. Jenna swooned "Maybe, maybe not. But easy-on-the-eye doesn't come close..."
Obiously. It is respectful to close someones eyes after they die.You just simply use two of your fingers and rest them on the eyes and carefuly pull the eye lids down.
There is only one religion in my eyes. !! Being devoted to chuck Norris !

Here's a few: regard, gaze, peer, stare, observe, cast your eyes on.
What color are your eyes is the correct way to phrase that particular question because 'eyes' is the subject of the verb and it is plural. But you could also say: 'What is the colour of your eyes?' because then 'colour' is the subject.
