you should use laminate but make sure you also put down a vapor barrier first you could also use hardwood but it would have to be glued instead of nailed tooooo much trouble
That's sort of a strange question. A concrete slab is a horizontal surface -- it's meant to be a surface you stand on or build things on. Concrete blocks are usually used for vertical surfaces -- walls. I believe that poured concrete walls are more expensive than concrete block walls. You wouldn't use concrete blocks as a substitute for a concrete slab.
NEVER, The heat will break down the finishes over time. The same is true with vinyl flooring, hardwood, laminate, LVT and grouting. Steam is meant for carpet only!
Use polyethylene sheet membrane. Prior to concrete placing, cover the entire area with a layer of PE sheet membrane extending the perimeter of slab and up against wall for the depth of concrete.
as per ACI , the ratio between column & beam concrete grades dont exceed 1.4
Concrete polishing is a technique applied to the concrete slab foundation used as a base in most structures. By making use of the materials already present, this method reduces the ecological impact of construction and provides a striking, low-maintenance floor.
The floors themselves install in a very similar fashion. If you want a floor with a lot of shine, you will want to go with hardwood. If cost is an issue, laminate.

Laminate flooring used on floors can be slippery. Better to use hardwood stained to match your laminate elsewhere or replace the carpet runner.
Just one more slab of bacon, please... That slab of concrete is sliding dangerously close to the edge of the cliff.
Due the construction of the laminate flooring, it creates a hollow sound when people walk on the it, especially high heels. It is strongly suggested that a person use a more expensive backing when installing the laminate, this will give it a more hardwood sound. anonymous@oola.com
Swiffer Wet Jets are safe for laminate flooring. To clean a hardwood laminate floor without damaging it, you should use a mop and hot water. Wring the mop out so it is not dripping wet.

Generally, you can't. Laminate is not like hardwood. It is only a picture of wood with a plastic surface. If it didn't shine when you bought it, there is little you can safely do to make it shine later. Never use any kind of wax or hardwood floor shine on a laminate. This will simply leave you with a mess!
Depending on how deep the stains on your hardwood floors. If you have a stain that is recent, you may be able to clean the floor with hardwood strip cleaner, if not then you may have to restrip the floor.
m20 grade concrete per m3 load
disadvantage: - require more time to construct compare to precast concrete slab -more on-site labor required - require formwork advantage: -most commonly use -do not require storage for material (e.g. precast concrete slab need place to store)
