Limiter Removal just doubles the ATK of the target. It will be double for the rest of the turn, for whatever reason, including multiple attacks.
No. Cyber Phoenix can only negate Spell or Trap effects that target 1 Machine-type monster. Limiter Removal does not target.
It won't work. Great Maju Garzett only looks at the card's Original ATK, ie, the printed values. Power Bond and Limiter Removal change the monster's Current ATK but not the Original. So if you tributed it for Great Maju Garzett it would ignore the attack bonuses and only look at Cyber End Dragon's Original ATK of 4000.
I got this from a Zane Truesdale Duelist Pack, it doesn't show how many of one card he has, but its a start. This is light and dark Zanes deck I think. No, Cyber End Dragon cannot attack three times on its own. It can normally attack only once per Battle Phase unless another card effect allows it to attack multiple times. To attack three times, you would need to use support cards like Limiter Removal, Power Bond, or Card effects that grant extra attacks, such as Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce or Double Attack.

Yes. The whole idea behind Proto-Cyber Dragon's name changing effect is to let it be used for Cyber Dragon support and fusion.
no because cyber means electric
You can only tribute one "Cyber Dragon" on the field with "Attack Reflector Unit" in order to Special Summon "Cyber Barrier Dragon".
No, "Versago the Destroyer" cannot be used as a Substitute-Fusion Material monster in the Fusion Summon of "Cyber Twin Dragon". "Cyber Twin Dragon" specifically states: A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. This card can be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck using "Cyber-Stein" or "Metamorphosis", but if it is Fusion Summoned, two "Cyber Dragon" cards must be used. The closest you can get to a Substitute-Fusion Material monster for "Cyber Twin Dragon" is if you have "Proto-Cyber Dragon" on the field. (It's card name is treated as "Cyber Dragon" while on the field.)
Cyber Dragon and Cyber End Dragon have been reprinted multiple times with various rarities. Cyber End Dragon has been released as a Super Rare and an Ultra Rare. Cyber Dragon has been released as a Common, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, and Gold Rare. These reprintings are to help players obtain these cards more easily.A perfect example of this is the re-release of the Exodiaseries.
Cyber Dragon doesn't have any activated effects. Cyber Dragon's special summon can only be performed on your own turn, in your main phases.
