Use any major brand 10W30 oil. i wouldn't use 10w30. being a 67, I'm sure you have some miles on it. oil viscosity has to do w/ the temperature of where you are at and mileage the vehicle has on it. with only considering the mileage, i would use no less than a 40 viscosity (weight) its up to you but i prefer castrol. auto master tech 26yrs
