It could be used for hand washing. Wouldn't recommend using it in a machine.
You can, but you need another ingredient. You cant just wash it with water and it'll be clean! You need soap. Scrub soap on the shirt and then rinse it in water. Your clothes will be clean. I GUARANTEE IT!!!!

sort into lights and darks, set the water temperature,use mild soap, wash them,air-dry, iron when damp.
You can wash your hair with any soap but if u dont use a good shampoo ,it will dry out your hair. You can but I dont recommend it.
