This would depend on the actual infection.

Pinamox is a type of amoxicillin used to fight bacteria in the body that cause illness in the user. Pinamox is used to fight many types of bacterial infections, including ear infections, bladder infections, gonorrhea, pneumonia and E. coli.

If the infection is bacterial in origin, then Yes. This might work well.

It does however have little to none effect against certain autoimmune diseases, fungal and viral diseases. The Gum can be in problems due to other things than just bacteria, and I suggest you check this up with a dentist or doctor before starting on this type of antibiotic.

If it is THAT loose, simply use a safety pin or something and try to get it up the gum to get it looser and, hopefully get it out. But careful, it might give you a gum infection. But it worked for me!
