You can try it, but I would suggest not. You should really use nail glue for it, because nail polish is far too weak. Nail glue is good, it will not fall off unless you use a remover. I tried nail polish with fake nails but they came off, so it is best to use nail glue.If you want for a best nail polish then in my suggestion NOURISH (nourishmynails.com ) provide a great range of organic nail polish which is better for your nails.

Tape or glue becomes useless when it gets wet. The enzymes in your saliva will break it down.
There is no point of faking a tongue piercing except to make yourself look ridiculous.
