The Margaritaville does have a "Blend Only" setting that should allow you to do some regular blending tasks, but it is not a substitute for a standard blender.
This product is really just for making blended iced drinks. The controls are preprogramed for drink making and the Ice hopper, for the crushed ice is connected to the top of the device, preventing other ingredients being added mid blend.
try putting things like their regular food and carrots in a blender with water
A bamax blender is also known as a hand mixer. If you like the convenienve of having a hand blender you should change it. If you do not like the idea of a hand blender, then you should stick to your old blender!
Well it depends on what you are using it for and what you like better. If you are using a blender to make say a smoothie or drink of some sort, you would go for the regular smoothie blender. If you are using this as perhaps a mixer for blending together ingredients, then you would probably want a hand blender to take more control of where to blend and to allow room to place other ingredients. It is a matter of opinion really, not one is better, it is just what you are using it for that matters.

A blender.
Let's try it out for size: "Simple machines include the lever, the pulley, the inclined plane, and the blender." Hmm... one of these things is not like the others, one of these things just doesn't belong.
This blender does not look like it will tip easy since there is a heavy bottom that is located on the bottom of the blender.
From personal experience, it is not wise to use a blender to do the work of the food processor. A blender is usually very deep and heavier thick foods (hummus for example) will get stuck at the bottom and not blend properly. The food processor is shallow and better for making heavier things like salsa and hummus.
it looks just like a regular horse
all you have to do is cut them up into little pieces and mostly strawberrys and put them in the blender
yes... because when you turn it on the blades go round and round like a screw. Plus there are things in a blender that are screwed in to hold it together.
