They do fix bears,but they do not replace them. i know that they fix them because one time my buildabear wasnt stuffed very much when i told them to have the bear feel hard and the feet were bearly filled with stuffing! So when i went there they un-sowed it and put more in it. i know they can not replace it because my bear once was ripped in his ear and i came back and i told them i want a new one for free,and they said they couldn't do that.
