A computer's hard drive has the computer's programs on it, as well as the operating system (Windows, MAC etc), together with stored files and data.
The only way a computer screen can display information, pictures and websites is by means of electrical signals from the computer (PC). Those signals are largely coming from the hard drive. When viewing websites via the internet, the PC is receiving signals from the remote site, often via a telephone line. The computer converts those signals to visible pictures by using the programs, operating system and data, all of which are stored on the hard-drive.
In addition to the hard-drive, the computer has a central processing unit (CPU) on its main circuit board. The CPU processes the data from the hard-drive, converting it to information that is displayed on the screen.
The data on the hard-drive cannot be viewed without a screen. It can't even be viewed without the services of the CPU.
The hard-drive itself is simply a mechanical device with spinning data disks. With your eyes you can look at your hard drive, but you won't be able to see the electronic data stored on it, nor will you see any pictures or websites.

I'm a little confused by your wording but if you mean that the movie is saved on the pen drive, then yes; it can be viewed by a program on your computer. although, if the movie was saved on your computer and the program for viewing it was on your pen drive, that would technically still work; however complicated.
