If you mean "can I send someone who is not on facebook a URL to see my picture?" Then the asnwer is yes. Click on your picture in your album and underneath it, at the very bottom of the page, is black writing that starts with: Share this photo with anyone by sending them this public link... You can do the same thing with all your photo albums as well.

Online photo albums can be created at various websites such as Photobucket, Ofoto, Flickr and more. If you wish to make a photo album offline this can be accomplished by purchasing albums at big box stores such as Walmart or Target.

The way that you untag yourself in a photo someone else tagged you in on Facebook, is to go to your photos. Click "photos of you". Next click the photo that you wish to untag yourself from. Go to options and choose remove tag.
