Yes, you can. Just take care you don't tug on the tracks too much otherwise they will loosen. It's best to wash them as little as you can to make them last the longest - I tend to tell people 1 or 2 times a week is best, and the longer you can go between each time the better.

It is not recommended that you use chemicals in attempt to lengthen your hair; you can, however, temporarily make your hair longer with clip-in, sewn in, or bonded hair extensions.
Clip hair extensions are just standard hair extension with clips sewn to the tracks. You can insert these to your hair, snap the clips in place and cover it up with the rest of your hair.
I think they are waterproof. I have a blue feather and I wash it when i wash my hair
Sew-in weaves last six weeks. If you don't wash your hair for six weeks you will be the STANK!Just be gentle with it, 'kay? If you rub it the way you'd wash un-sewn-in hair the weave will frizz up.
an extention is faux hair that is sewn in. a hair weave is natural hair that is tightly braided. =0)
Before you try, you need to check with your hair dresser or wherever you purchased you hair extensions to see if they are washable!
It depends on each person's specific needs. The hair extensions can be attached in Permanent, Semi-Permanent or Temporary ways. The major methods of extensions are Clip-in hair extensions, Sewn in hair extensions, Micro bead extensions, tape in and fusion hair extensions. Clip-in hair extensions are by far the most popular and are temporary. The other methods are semi-permanent hair extension methods. The link below explains these methods clearly.
Like Regular Hair. Only About Once A Week Though.
You can wash your hair extensions if they're human hair; otherwise, use a mild shampoo or shampoo specifically for weaves/wigs
If they're real, yes.

Yes, you can wash your hair with tinsel hair extensions in it. There is no extra care required to clean them. You can simply wash them with your regular chemical-free shampoo. Washing the hair tinsel extensions helps to keep your locks shiny and glowing.
