Depends.....it may look tacky but, I really don't care was others think... so go for it.. :) It's what you like that matters.
The two colors do go together! However if I were you I wouldn't wear the red under the blue. If you had a red sweater and wore bright blue under that it would look great!
The red one is red, and the blue and green is black (as long as the blue and green is completely blue and green with no hint of red)
nothing will happen to it they are both white but if it was a blue wool sweater and a white cotton shirt the shirt will turn blue other way around same thing sweater turns blue the cotton shirt turns back to the color white cause it loses all of its color. :) ;) :p
you use the green shirt with sweater tied to back, black leggings with blue shorts, bright green tennis shoes, blue shades, and dog with i-pod and earphones.
Try wearing the green shirt with sweater tied to back, blue shorts, black leggings, bright green tennis shoes, blue shades, and dog with i-pod and earphones.

Quit being a woman and pick a shirt
blue
White light is made up of three colours; red, green and blue. If the shirt appears blue, then the shirt has absorbed any other colours (green and red) and reflected the blue, making the shirt appear blue. I hope this has helped :)
