you can wear whatever you want
but personally no!!
Ew, NO! Black and navy blue don't match!!! Neither do black and brown! I don't suggest wearing blue slacks with black shoes!
yes but only if you wear black socks too.
White dress shirt with black slacks and black comfortable shoes
No, have black shoes with black pants. Brown with black and it looks like you don't know better. No style.
slacks
You can go either way.
Just wear comfortable decent casual clothes according to what gathering is in the restaurant or what kind of resto is that. For example, you can wear a black slacks and a nice blouse... ^_^
Women in Swaziland wear dresses, skirts, slacks, and blouses. Men wear lightweight lounge suits, slacks and sportcoats for formal wear. Or they wear long or short trousers, and shorts and casual shirts.
Brown,
Men can wear black; brown; blue; pin stripe suits or a sports jacket in a mocha color (coffee/cream color) and slacks to suit the sports jacket, with a shirt to go with the sports jacket and a tie. The shows should match the suit or sports jacket and slacks (example: blue, black ... black shoes; pin stripe with gray in it or blue can be worn with black shoes; but, brown suits or sports jackets with brown slacks (including mocha color) should be worn with brown shoes. If you do not own a suit; sports jacket or slacks and do not feel you will get much wear out of it then you can go to a wedding rental shop and rent everything.
Generally not. Navy blue and black is a very somber combination because there is little contrast between the colors.. If you're a guy, consider brown shoes; women also have the option of a cream-colored shoe. No what color shoes would you wear with them if you didnt wear black?? I think that's fine
You could wear black flats for a casual occasion or if it's more dressy then black heels, whatever the occasion black shoes would match best. Also some peep-toe shoes would be pretty.
