Yeah you can, but your gonna get hot cause
1. you're wearing jeans and its probably gonna get really hot
2. your jeans are black (not good with the sun unless you want to bake alive!)
3. a blouse is thin but you have sleeves on it
The better option is to wear some denim shorts with a strap top or tee shirt :]
