If you get hired. Crimes like child abuse, sex offenses, and crimes against the elderly would rule you out from working in the medical field. Actually, any charge that can be seen as violent or is drug related will prevent you from working in the healthcare fields with few exceptions. Additionally, it is unlikely that any healthcare provider would hire you with any type of felony.
