You can get a teenager pregnant in The Sims 3!:D All you need to do is...
< Make a female sim (young adult or Adult)
< Then make them pregnant
< Wait till she has the baby
<Then Press CTRL SHIFT C and a blue box will appear at the top of your screen and type in the cheat Testingcheatsenabled true
< After you have done that SHIFT and click on your sim, three different options will come up (trigger age transition, Modify Cheats for active sim and Edit in create a sim)
< Click Edit in create a sim
< It will take you to the thing when you first create a sim, Click on basics then move her back to a teenager. There you have a teen mom!(:
