Yes/No, because if it is parked in reverse, the back wheels would be dragging, and soon shift gears (If repossessed by a chain truck), but if it is a flatbed tow truck, then yes, it can be repossessed, because the back wheels would not be dragging, therefor the wheels would not shift gears and ruin the vehicle, or reverse of of the truck!
Why are you asking, has your car bin repossessedbefore?

Yes.
your car cannot be reposessed if it is in your own garage
Yes, a car can be repossessed even if another car is in front of it. The person in charge of repossession the vehicle can call the police to help them get the car.
If you reverse your car and then collide with a parked car , the person who did the reversing is at fault.
Not without being a car thief.
The person who is backing out
Yes, repossessions can (and often do) occur on private property. There are limitations imposed on the recovery agents, and they know how to plan accordingly. IMO, better that car (which is actually the lien holder's, which is why it can be repossessed in the first place) be repossessed while you're at home than while you're out in public somewhere and left stranded.
No, they were not trespssing in order to commit a crime. They had a lawful reason to be on your property. sorri
No. However, if it's parked on a public roadway with an expired registration, it may be impounded, however.
Yes it can.
If you are in the car with the keys in the car then yes.
If your car was hit while parked and the other driver drove off, then you ask for payment under your collision coverage.
