the only way credit can be repaired is to challenge items currently on your report. right or wrong, you have to dispute them and act as if they are wrong. b\c of loopholes in the industry, many people have items taken off. pick up a book such as "The complete guide to Credit Repair" by Bill Kelley Jr. or Credit Scores and Credit Reports by Evan Hendricks. Sounds like you are on the path to discovery and not by choice unfortunately. Start reading and learning. One or two answered questions won't help in this arena unfortunatly.
