NO your ex cannot have you arrested if you move to another state, unless uu have strict orders that you cannot leave the state for whatever reason.
If they are your "ex~" then what does it matter? If your relationship is over, then both of you need to move on.... finding another partner is one of the early stages in moving on.
Can I move to another state if I show I'm established before my ex takes me to court
she got arrested for talking her ex joe jones
That would depend on the state, and who has custody. But I honestly don't think so.
My husband moved to Georgia, with the intention that I also would be moving there with him. I recently found out that he has a live in girlfriend. In the state of Wisconsin if that happened the women could be arrested for prostitution. Is the law the same in Georgia.

Your ex-boyfriend may miss you, but you have to keep moving. Keep in mind there is always a reason why they are an ex.
If you have a custody order she will have to get permission from you and a judge to take the kids to live in another state. If you don't have a custody order, you need to get one. Make sure you are doing this for the right reasons - to continue to have a relationship with your child/ren. Not just to mess with the ex.
It depends on who is recorded and on the state laws about recording calls.
