Seven months is a long time to have sex, how do you last? Haha. But on the serious side, I think what you're saying is.. You two have had sex together for 7 months, and she's always been regular, but not this time around. Any time you have sex-you can impregnant someone. Protection or not. Take a test and/or see a doctor.

You have four weeks roughly but keep in mind pregnancy terms are not the same as calendar terms. You're months are actually a little longer than four weeks each.
