Yes, it can. It happens when one or more cells inside of ram goes bad.
If your smart no more than 3500lbs......no matter what it says in the door or near your hitch... be safe no how much your trailer weighs and your load......because if you go over you youre tranny going to heaven
You can go to Start -> Control Panel --> System. You can see a lot of information here including the installed RAM amount. or on a command prompt: just type sysinfo and it provides system info inculding RAM.
hard disk capacity cannot be exceeded in any machine. as far as ram goes, it can only go as far as the motherboard allows. which as far as i can see it only allows a slim 192MB of ram. i would say though, that you should pass on this machine if your thinking about it. seems worth about 20 bucks.
It depends what it says on the memory card if it says nothing then put it into a card reader/phone connect it via usb to your pc and go to its properties
Error correcting ram. Expensive but your ram will never go bad

Ram Ram OR Namaste
The towing capacity of a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 varies based on the specific configuration, including the engine type and drivetrain. Generally, it ranges from approximately 10,000 to 13,000 pounds for conventional towing and can go up to 17,000 pounds or more for fifth-wheel towing, depending on the model and equipment. Always refer to the owner's manual or manufacturer specifications for the exact towing capacity of a specific vehicle configuration.
This is a known limit of most 32-bit operating systems (other than Windows Server releases). To go beyond 4MB (usually you can only use 3-3.5 in a 32-bit windows system) you need to go to a 64-bit OS...which will require a 64-bit motherboard and processor to be able to function.
When it says empty, you'd better believe it is.
That means going better or further than you expected.
