Absolutely! A restraining order only requires that the person stay a certain distance away. If the person moves into your neighborhood they still have to do everything in their power, within reason to stay at least the required distance away from you.

It was issued in Orange County, CA to my ex after my earlier restraining order of 2004 thru 2007 expired. Can anyone beat that?
