If you are talking about running for President of the United States, there is no law against a woman running. That might not apply to all countries of the world, though.
No there was no black female run for President.
There have been no female presidents as of yet, but there have been women who have run for president.
The US has never elected a female president or even had a major party candidate who was female. Two women have run for vice-president but neither was elected.
Victoria Claflin Woodhull
Hillary Clinton
The first U.S. President to have a female opponent was Ulysses S. Grant. Victoria Woodhull ran in the election of 1872, becoming the first woman to run for president.
I believe the first female to run for president (and get anywhere) was Hillary Clinton. Senator Obama beat her, so I think that is what you are trying to find out.
Sure . As long as she meets the qualifications to run fot the Office.
There has not yet been a female US president ! All US presidents so far have been male. Senator Hillary Clinton made a pretty strong run for the nomination in 2008 . Each major party has run a woman for vice-president but neither won.
Because a female candidate has never been nominated to run for the position.
