not possible. You cannot possibly catch Pokemon that's just not coded into pearl unless you trade with a diamond user. Pokemon such as dialga, cranidos, and stunky cannot be caught in pearl.
Getting the national dex is another matter though since you would only need to have seen all the Pokemon in the sinnoh region. ~Sherry
