Most likely the mainframe is not the problem. Sounds more like a network problem, which can be many different factors. A network technician should run a network analysis report to pin-point the problem.
Often times a dog will bark in response to hearing another dog bark (especially at him/her) or a human fake barking. I have also seen dogs barking in response to high pitched whistles.
The body cuts the blood flow to the skin and extremities, during times of stress, to protect the blood supply and internal organs.

Information about response times can be found on several websites - they measure the speed of response which is important because it measures how quickly a system responds and time constant.

The perimeter is 2 times the length plus 2 times the width.
24 times then is work
I copied this response to a similar question answered by 'A well lit garden' on Yahoo Answers. "4 ms LCD response times do help in controlling jitter. If you like watching sports, action movies or gaming on your TV, the extra $150.00 is well worth it. Additional Notes: LCD TVs use a technique called sample & hold. They display a frame (sample) and then hold that frame until the next frame is updated to the screen. They do NOT allow the image to deacy between frames. It's because LCD images do NOT decay that you get motion blur on an LCD TV. Sample & Hold is unique to LCD TVs. All other TV technologies allow the image to decay between frames and, therefore, do not have motion blur and jitter. Jitter, the shaky edges of fast moving images is directly related to LCD response times. The faster the LCD response time, the less jitter you see. 4ms response times do make a difference in the amount of jitter one sees on an LCD TV (regardless of the TV manufacturer)." _____________ I'm sorry, I didn't feel that you got a 100% satisfactory response. To make a long answer a simple one, the lower the response time, the better it is for you. 4ms is better than 8ms, and 2ms is better than 4ms. I'm sure we're all wishing for the day when we can find a TV with a 0ms response time! -13
The average time frame is 12 –18 months but times can vary more.
flexible response was developed so that the US did not have to resort to nuclear warfare in times of crisis
Personal computers are small computers based on microprocessors. They can be either desktop or Laptop.Servers are the centralized computer where companies stores their data, it is the main computer in the network of several client computers. They typically have large RAIDed disk arrays for storing data.Minicomputers are obsolete, being replaced by personal computers.Mainframe computers are simply large computers. They may be servers or stand alone machines used mostly for batch processing.Supercomputers are for designed for problems that require unusually large amounts of calculations, thus they have more than 10 times the speed and data storage capacity of the most advanced standard computers available in their era & usually cost proportionally more. Programming of supercomputers is typically harder than programming other computers due to unique architectural features.
