Simplest solution would be the igniter or glow bar at the burner or the sparker if it has that. You should be able to take off the lower panel or there is a site plug that will let you see the burner.
No matter what brand it is, it has to be where the gas valve goes into the manifold. Where the burner tube is, there is either the igniter or hot surface igniter. Just take your model # of the dryer, and either go to the MFG website,or go to a parts store online and put in you model # and you will be able to look at the diagram of your dryer, this way you know exactly where it is. Here is a great place for parts, and also you can look at your diagram. http://www.partselect.com/MultiModels.aspx?ModelNum=KGHS02RMT&searchTerm=&RefineSearch=0
First make sure the vent is not plugged.
There are a number of possible problems when a dryer is not getting hot. If it's an electric dryer the heating element may have burned in two. Or the relay that switches power to the heating element could have gone bad. If it's a gas dryer the igniter that lites the burner could have failed. The control that commands the heat to come on could have failed. These are other possibilities
While anything is possible, this just isn't feasible.
The problem could be a few things. It may be possible that your burner is not igniting, not giving you any hot air and therefore not drying your clothes. It could also be that you're not getting power to the igniter.
