Place rags over and under brake fluid resivoir, losen lug nuts, jack up wheel, use back up jack stand to support axle, remove wheel, use large screw driver to retract pads firmly and slowly, change pads, replace wheel, let down & remove jacks, tighten lug nuts. Repeat for other wheel. Slowly and gently press brake pedal several times to bring up back pressure. Check fluid. Rags are to keep fluid off the paint.

There are many places where one can find instructions on changing brake pads. A good place is the website "edmunds" to find instructions on changing brake pads.
I assume you removed the wheel already. The break pads are pinned inside a housing. To get them out you need to get those spring-loaded pins out (tapping the end that is sticking out with a hammer should get them to pop out). Remove the bridge piece between the pads, remove the pads and replace.
