It could be or it could be the balance shaft or numerous other things. Take it to a shop and have them check it out for you.

Does it do it when you take it up to about 50 to 60 and then let off. If so then it could be your u-joints on your drive shaft.
There could be several causes. The fuel pressure regulator could be leaking. A spark plug or plug wire that is defective. You did not mention if the check engine light is on. It could tell you in which area to look.
Has it always been like this or not? If it is, then it is not really a problem. It is how the stereo was installed. An stereo can be installed to be turned on whether the engine is on or off. If the stereo cannot be turned off at all, then you have a problem with your stereo.
