Chicken stock keeps great in the freezer. In fact you can freeze it in various sized containers so you can thaw and use just the amount you need without thawing a large container when you only need a small amount. Clean the freezer with a mild soap/detergent and leave the lid open for it to dry out completely. When moving the freezer (and during storage as well), be sure to avoid placing it on it's side--always keep it upright! If on it's side, the coils and liquid lines can leak and permanently damage the freezer system.
