yes of course i tried it and gained 6 inches in just 3-4 months

but you should do skipping too with high jumps

1. start with skipping

daily you should 200-250 skipping jumps.

2. after skipping do 15-20 chin ups or pull ups

these will help in releasing human growth hormone

next

drink as much water as you can in a day

drink a lot of milk

avoid junk food

eat green vegetables

pulses

believe me i was just 5'3'' and after starting these habits i gain 6 inches height in just 3-4 months
