My daughter has CFS or ME she was so ill some days she was unable to lift her head off the pillow. At the time she was studying for her A Levels in the hope of going to University. After a year of tests etc she was referred to a ME specialist and had cognitive therapy which really didn't help for an 18yr old who wanted to party with her friends on days she was well and then wore herself out for days after, it was a vicious circle. We were advised also that she took Q10 200mg a day, unbelievable she became so much better. I know this has helped as she has now gone away to uni and gradually stopped taking the Q10 believing she had now recovered and has had a relapse so she is now back taking them and hopefully in a couple of weeks she will improve. We were also told other treatments but fortunately this one worked.
