Had same problem but sorted it. You have to load game until it just gives you the black screen. Then press HOME on PSP and press RESET GAME, it will ask you which disc to use, select disc 2. This will load and then start a new game it will ask you to enter disc 1. Press HOME again and reverse what you just did. BINGO your in!!
